Cuyahoga County Scottish Rite Society
Christmas Party set for December 12th

The Cuyahoga County Scottish Rite Society will hold the annual Christmas Party on Thursday, December 12th at DeMitri’s Restaurant located at Broadview and Snow Roads. Dinner is at 7:00 p.m. with a program beginning at 8:00
p.m.
The party features a $5 gift exchange. If you wish to participate in the gift exchange, be sure to bring an item to be
exchanged.
Remember, the ladies are always invited to attend. We order from the menu so you can have a choice of entrees to your taste and
budget.
The October meeting was great. There were 32 members and guests in attendance. We had a stuffed pork chop dinner prepared by West Park
O.E.S. and a great talk on the Ohio Masonic Home Program.
Featured speakers for the program were Tim Strawn, Ohio Masonic Home Benevolent Endowment Foundation, Jay
Dettorre, Executive Director, and Tiffany Yuhasz, Retirement Counselor, of the Western Reserve Masonic Community in
Medina.
Following a film of the Ohio Masonic Home, the group talked about the new Western Reserve Masonic Community facility in Medina. A question and answer session followed their presentations. Thanks go to Robert Hibjan for putting this program
together.
Also with us for the meeting was Jan
Herbst, President of the Scottish Rite Ladies’ Association and Past President Carol Garnons along with Glenn and Marlene Beaver. Welcome to
all.
Don’t forget our Christmas Party meeting at DeMitri’s Restaurant on December 12th. Bring your lady and a gift and take part in the festivities and fraternal friendship at Cuyahoga County Scottish Rite Society meetings.
